Due to the custom nature of bobbleheads, orders canceled during the production process will be subject to a fee of 25% of their total order. It should be noted that bobbleheads are intended to be more of a caricature of the person and do not necessarily mirror 100% of that person's likeness. Please note that once your bobblehead has shipped, all sales are final so during your proofing process please make the time to provide enough details, and/or additional images, to clearly transmit your thoughts.
